**About Role:**
NAS Storage Engineer:
The Storage Engineer function ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of NAS arrays and data paths, out-of-band managed storage arrays, as well as any array or appliance-based replication.
**Role Descriptions**
Duties and Responsibilities of the Storage Engineer function:
+ Meets and exceeds client SLAs on incident troubleshooting and responsiveness while managing and maintaining a large distributed storage infrastructure
+ Supports release and life cycle process NAS storage array installs, upgrades, and decommissions
+ Contributes to operational readiness of platforms during onboarding and through ongoing process documentation creation, updates to guidelines, policies, change, and audit procedures
+ Participates in troubleshooting efforts for storage issues, root cause analysis, and performance analysis and tuning
+ Troubleshoot network and client connectivity issues to the NAS environments.
