Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Store Operations professional to join our team in Mandya. This is a full-time role at Reliance Retail, where you will be responsible for managing efficient store operations. Job Summary:

As a Store Operations Trainee, you will undergo structured training in furniture retail operations. You will gain hands-on exposure to store processes including billing, stock handling, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control. A strong interest in furniture, design, or interiors will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in day-to-day store operations including billing, stock handling, and customer service.
• Support the Store Manager in driving operational efficiency and smooth store functioning.
• Understand store layout, furniture display standards, and product placements to enhance customer experience.
• Assist in inventory management – stock receiving, counting, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Learn and adhere to store policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, controlling budgets, maintaining stock, and ensuring the store runs efficiently while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee all store operations while delegating responsibilities to staff.
• Supervise, train, and guide team members to achieve maximum performance.
• Prepare, monitor, and control the store's budget with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Manage stock levels, purchases, and inventory to stay within budget.

• Engage with walk-in customers, making them feel comfortable and educating them on CBS/CLS offerings
• Provide customers with a full Jaquar bathing experience, showcasing the value and benefits of our product range
• Gather and provide customer leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion
• Ensure the sales team follows up with customers after their OC visit, guiding them through to the purchase
• Introduce and promote new products, educating customers on their benefits and unique selling points

• Educate customers about our complete product range, including USPs, competition bench-marking, and value propositions

• Manage the display of Jaquar products at OC according to VM guidelines, and provide feedback on product displays
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep at the OC
• Manage OC inventory, ensuring 100% stock accuracy and timely stock reconciliation
• Ensure CBS revenue generation for different verticals as per defined targets
• Coordinate, collaborate with various stake holders for site visits, material availability & sales closure
