Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of business processes.

- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.

- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle documentation, data entry, and maintenance of operational records.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a related role (freshers with internships may also apply).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
