Key Responsibilities:

● Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and ensuring a great shopping experience.

● Drive sales, achieve targets, and promote upselling.

● Responsible for maintaining the store's visual merchandising guidelines, including steam ironing, hanger arrangement, and rack and fixture alignment.

● Maintain store displays and assist with stock replenishment.

● Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22, per month + Monthly incentives

Retail Store Sales Associate (Female Candidates Only) 

Requirements:

• emale candidates only.

• M nimum 12th pass or graduate.

• P ior experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.

• G od communication skills and a presentable personality.

• A ility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• F iendly, motivated, and sales-oriented attitude.

We are hiring a female Retail Store Sales Associate to join our in-store sales team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, customer-friendly, and passionate about sales. She will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth in-store experience.
