• Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Develop storyboards and concepts for animated sequences.
• Animate characters, objects, and graphics to convey messages effectively.
• Create kinetic typography and engaging explainer videos.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to conceptualize and produce visual assets.
• Ensure motion graphics align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Manage project timelines and deliver final assets within deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging motion graphics technologies.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional animation and design skills.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent storytelling and conceptualization abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for a remote team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with visual effects (VFX) is a plus.

We’re looking for candidates with strong visual storytelling skills, excellent drawing and sketching abilities, and proficiency in digital art software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate and Toon boom Storyboard Pro. We prioritize experience in film, animation, or commercial projects, along with reference to a portfolio showcasing work. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to different styles and genres.

What You’ll Do:

• Turn scripts into visually compelling storyboards
• Collaborate closely with our creative team to match the vision
• Create accurate, detailed, and inspiring visuals
• Deliver high-quality work on time and within budget

Roles & Responsibilities

• The ability to translate scripts and ideas into clear, expressive storyboards that effectively communicate the narrative and visual flow
• Strong foundational drawing skills, including the ability to depict characters, environments, and action sequences with clarity and dynamism
• Expertise in using digital art software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and potentially other tools like Storyboard Pro
• The ability to work effectively with directors, producers, and other members of the creative team to refine and iterate on storyboards
• Understanding of camera angles, composition, and pacing to create visually compelling storyboards

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s in Fine Arts, Animation, Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 5+ years experience in film, animation, or commercial projects is highly desirable
• Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Toon Boom Storyboard Pro or any relevant software
• In addition to the core skills mentioned above, familiarity with AI-based tools for creative tasks is becoming increasingly valuable
