Client Relationship Manager

  • Consultatively work with clients to ensure they see value out of their relationship with us; conduct on-boarding calls and regular cadence calls

Requirements:

  • Stakeholder Management - The ability to proactively troubleshoot client issues and work the client to resolve their issues in a satisfactory manner.

Strong experience in CXO-level engagement and handling face-to-face meetings confidently. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and experience in P&L management. Ability to drive upsell/cross-sell revenue in complex enterprise environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with strong project and relationship management capabilities. Experience in working with cross-functional internal teams (product, tech, finance, legal). Domain knowledge in fintech/Payment, SaaS, gifting, loyalty, or enterprise services (preferred). Qualifications: MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related discipline.

About Role:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated professionals to join our team with preferred experience in Account Management role.


Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for Account Management, Renewals & Upselling of Products at Customer Level. 
  2. Track and analyze Targets versus Achievements to ensure consistent performance and goal alignment. 
  3. Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely Project Execution. 
  4. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed. 
  5. Guide client on product features and how to use them. 
  6. Lead Semi-Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews, focusing on strategic alignment and value delivery for clients. 
  7. Monitor Customer Health and ensure key customer KPIs are green. 
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.


Who we're looking for: 

  1. Graduates with 1 to 4 years of experience. 
  2. Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills. 
  3. Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment. 
  4. Go-getter attitude and a strong work ethic. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. 
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and solution-oriented attitude. 
  6. Enthusiasm about technology with demonstrated technical aptitude.
