About the Role

Strategic Alliance Manager – Home Loans

Step into a frontline role where real estate meets high-growth fintech. As a Strategic Alliance Manager in the Strategic Alliances team, you'll be the driving force behind Navi's on-ground expansion across India's booming housing markets.

Your mission: unlock growth by forging powerful partnerships with builders, scaling pre-approved real estate projects, and ensuring Navi is the preferred home loan partner at every project site. With a strong on-site presence, you'll not only establish new relationships but also maximize wallet share by being the face of Navi where it matters most—at the heart of the deal.

Who are we looking for?

As a Partnership Executive at Thinkerbell Labs, you will help drive revenue and deployments for Annie and future products by winning institutional deals (schools, government departments, NGOs, CSR programs) and ensuring post-sales adoption.


What will you be doing?

  • Pipeline & Prospecting: Map your territory (Govt., CSR, NGOs, special schools, foundations). Generate leads via outreach, events, references, and partners.
