**Strategic Accounts Manager**
**JOB PURPOSE:** The Strategic Account Manager oversees the coordination, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the company's product development initiatives. Job Purpose:
The Strategic Sourcing Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sourcing strategies for critical materials, components, and services. The role requires strong technical knowledge, cost analysis capabilities, and supplier management expertise to drive cost competitiveness, supply assurance, and innovation across the supply base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and engineering requirements.
Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met.
Drive supplier consolidation, risk mitigation, and long-term partnerships.
2. Cost & Value Engineering

Key Skills & Competencies:
