The Customer Excellence Group Senior Technical Consultant  is responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform in Technology Workflows based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes. The Senior Technical Consultant is the functional and technical expert in customer engagements. 

  • Lead workshops with customers/ partners to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
  • Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes. 
  • Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of SPM solutions in client environments.
  • Design and deliver ServiceNow Technology Workflows solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices. 
  • Provide prescriptive guidance and leadership for code review developed by partner or customer employees. 
  • Advise customers on how to use the ServiceNow Platform's capabilities to improve their business processes while adhering to ServiceNow Best Practices.  
  • Provide feedback to product development to improve the product based on experiences gained with customers. 
  • Maintain skills/certifications in SPM- Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Test Management, Ideation, Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Agile Development.
  • Prepare all customer-facing deliverables focused on the technology and responsible for quality of configured/developed solution. 
  • Promoting continuous improvement practices for delivery/engagement materials. 
  • Supporting specific pre-sales activities when required.
  • Providing training and mentoring to other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem upon request.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience 
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and Ability to work outside of local time zone preferably nighttime IST 
  • Initiative - Proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed. 
  • Dedication and commitment to customer success. 
  • Creative with comfort running projects independently 
  • Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution 
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) 
  • Relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in aligned workflow 
  • Experience working collaboratively and with Agile methodology

In this role, you will be a key member of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team responsible for mitigating financial and contractual risks for our expanding portfolio in Asia Pacific, Japan and China region. Managers work closely with lessors/vendors and internal partner teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of our rent obligations while ensuring contractual compliance.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented and a strong communicator that can work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high demand with a high degree of ambiguity.
Key job responsibilities
- Review, audit and process contractual payments in line with internal Spend & Transaction Policies and contractual terms to ensure landlord/vendor adherence
- Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver results requiring collaboration and coordination with multiple teams
- Onboarding and tracking of payment setup for all new landlords/vendors
- Interpret complex commercial contract language related to contractual obligations, SLAs, rent, tax, insurance and maintenance clauses
- Review of contract related documentation and abstraction of critical information
- Drive process enhancement projects

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, commerce, finance, real estate or relevant experience
- Minimum 8+ years' demonstrated experience in commercial real estate or lease administration in an industrial, commercial, and/or data center real estate environment

Your key responsibilities

A successful Transformation Delivery Manager will work with our clients to design and establish large-scale transformations, Program Management Office (PMO) processes, and Project Portfolio Management solutions to effectively manage high-profile, complex programs by applying proven EY frameworks and methodologies based on industry recognized global standards. Collaborate with the IT delivery team to lead the program, working with the Technology Solutions team to leverage technology for process support in the overall solution design.

  • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree (BE - B. Tech / MCA) and a minimum of 7-10 years of related work experience; or a post graduate degree (MBA/PGDBM) and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in delivering large-scale, complex programs and multi-competency projects across multiple distributed delivery locations, with full accountability for providing consulting services in at least one of the following areas: 
  • PMO/EPMO design and setup, program roadmapping, resource and capacity management, program execution, and budget management. PMO maturity assessment, PMO Setup & Operations End-to End Portfolio Management implementation – intake and demand management, portfolio prioritization, portfolio selection, financial management Managing large transformations Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in engaging and managing strategic-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible to work in US and UK time zones
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of trending Project Management tools ( MS Project Online/Clarity PPM/ Primavera)
  • One or more relevant Sector exp (Pharma/ Healthcare/Lifesciences, CPR, P&U, Insurance, WAM)
  • Good to have 

  • Understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • Business analysis skills
  • End-to End ERP implementation
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps Tableau, Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO)
