We are seeking a highly analytical, collaborative and results-driven Project Strategy Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and strategic oversight on complex topics, working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to design, implement, and optimize strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is experienced in project management, business analysis, and strategic planning, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
Your key tasks
- Collaborate with leadership to define project goals, scope, and success metrics aligned with organizational strategy
- Conduct strategic analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas across business units
- Develop actionable project plans, timelines, and resource allocation frameworks
- Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and decision-making processes through effective communication and presentation of data-driven insights
- Use frameworks and tools do drive structured problem solving and financial modelling to support strategic recommendations
- Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and support change management efforts during project implementation
- Ensure alignment of strategic projects with broader corporate objectives and KPIs
- Run budgeting, forecasting, and controlling processes
- Manage contracting and coordination with external employees, including onboarding and procurement processes, and track and manage their deliverables
- Manage the structure and access of tools such as MS SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence and Jira
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- A Master's degree (MBA) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum Master) are highly preferred
- 5 - 10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic project management
- Proven experience managing complex projects across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Office products, SAP, Jira and Confluence) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Deep experience in project management and technology as well as industry experience in the finance sector is highly desirable
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile)
