About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our end-to-end marketing strategy, performance execution, and user experience optimization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on fast-paced experimentation, data-driven growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on performance and growth roles at startups, marketplaces, or consumer platforms.
- Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition through paid channels, influencer campaigns, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong understanding of UX and conversion funnel optimization; experience working closely with product/design teams.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mixpanel, HubSpot, GA4, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data and drive continuous experimentation.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end marketing strategies in high-growth environments.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- U.S. consumer market experience preferred.
