Job Description:


  • Evaluate Purchase Requisitions for accuracy and thoroughly understand the underlying requirements.
  • Manage the sourcing activities, including RFx processes, comparative analysis, and vendor selection.
  • Manage contracting and procurement, from contract drafting to Purchase Order creation post-PR approval.
  • Proficient in supply chain platforms such as Oracle & GEP Smart; experience with integrated systems is advantageous.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop actionable plans for implementation.
  • Oversee vendor lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, performance tracking, and contract compliance.

Job Description

This role is pivotal in ensuring our supplier network exceeds service level agreements, drives innovation, and partners with Cartus to navigate successful relocations. The ideal candidate will evaluate supplier service, identify and track performance trends, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
This role will work closely with internal departments to understand and address their needs, communicate effectively with suppliers, and facilitate regular meetings to discuss performance and future planning.
Your Role & Accountabilities:
-Focus on international supplier management within the designated region.
-Investigate and resolve supplier performance issues, adhering to escalation procedures and ISO 9001 quality standards.
-Collaborate with Supply Chain Network Manager to recruit, train, and manage designated supplier network.
-Track and report supplier and operational escalations daily through internal systems.
-Provide regular updates on service and best practices to designated supplier networks.
-Support reporting requirements by analyzing and tracking service defects to identify trends.
-Organize and participate in supplier review meetings.
-Participate or conduct monthly/quarterly dashboard calls with suppliers and communicate issues.

- Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with expertise in at least two of the following modules: CPQ, Planning, MFG, OM, INV, Cost Management.
- Minimum of two SCM project implementations.
- Hands-on experience with BPM.
- Ability to lead fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, application configuration, testing, and training.
- Ability to independently manage the SCM track, interact with clients, and conduct business requirement and training sessions.
- Experience conducting CRP, UAT & SIT sessions with clients/stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing SCM Cloud, configuring workflows, issue resolution, and customization across modules.
- Thorough knowledge of end-to-end P2P or O2C cycle and Supply Chain processes.
- Excellent communication and strong client-facing skills.
- Experience working with Oracle support for issue resolutions.
- Experience in SCM data upload/migration (FBDI & ADFDi) and resolving related issues.
- Experience supporting period closure activities.
- High-level knowledge of end-to-end integrations between SCM modules and other modules (e.g., Projects, Procurement, Financials, HCM).
