In sync with our vision of 50,000 Cr by 2030, we now have a leadership level opening, where we are looking for someone to build and grow our own in-house Customer Intelligence and Data Office (CIDO), a unique 0 to 1 opportunity, which will look after the needs of Lodha Group with significant opportunities of collaborating across Lodha verticals and best in class BelleVie platforms. We are looking for an experienced individual with sharp business acumen who can understand business needs and accordingly set up a robust data and machine learning infrastructure/ systems/ processes to analyse large amounts of raw information, that provides actionable insights to business teams/ verticals, which would help improve company topline/ bottom-line.
About the role:
- Incubating, setting up and growing CIDO vertical, making it the Best in class across industries
- Delivering 360 degree excellence and growing existing core businesses such as sales, customer care, marketing, property management, etc.
- Involves strong focus on strategic thinking, leadership, capability building and driving change across the organization
Key responsibilities include:
- Work directly with CEO, CXOs and functional leaders to craft the agenda/goals and defining role of CIDO to help realization of the goals
- Translate the strategic functional goals into implications for the CIDO team so that they can create their operational plans to achieve the required target
- Ensure sustainability of initiatives by putting in place systems and processes
- Proactively manage and review the performance and progress of the initiatives
- Directly lead some of the strategic projects which will be required for the business unit for long term growth and sustainability
- Building a strong team with high ownership levels and driving them to deliver outcomes
