- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics across branches.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales efficiency.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement profitability enhancement strategies.
- Assist in setting sales targets aligned with organizational goals.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track branch-level KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, operations, and regional sales teams to align branch goals with overall business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights to branch managers and sales teams to optimize performance.
Market Insights & Forecasting:
- Conduct market research to understand competitive positioning and local market conditions.
- Assist in forecasting sales performance and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Education. MBA or equivalent is preferred from a premium college
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales strategy, financial analysis, or similar roles, preferably in a multi-branch setup or BFSI sector.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools example Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Python, SQL & AWS.
- Understanding of profitability analysis and financial modelling.
Other Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
