**Your Role**
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine Nutanix's Product and Go-To-Market strategies.
+ Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
+ Develop and present comprehensive business cases to drive executive-level discussions and decision-making.
+ Define, track, and report on key performance indicators for strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive execution of strategic projects.
+ Engage with the CEO and executive team to shape strategic priorities and provide insights that influence company direction.
+ Lead initiatives that foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and promote strategic thinking throughout the organization.
+ Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for strategic initiatives across the company.
**What You Will Bring**
+ MBA from a top-tier business school.
+ 5 years of experience overall, with experience in Strategy Consulting firms or in a Corporate Strategy role at enterprise software / SaaS companies
+ Strategic and structured thinker, with a track record of executing large cross-functional initiatives
+ Effective communicator with strong executive presence
+ Strong knowledge of enterprise software / SaaS GTM motion, business concepts and metrics
**Work Arrangement**
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
