Counsel the students in the University & Course shortlisting Responsible for a prompt reply to students queries Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet, cold calling when required (no sales target).
Follow up with students for pending documents and payments. Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads Manage end to end process from University / Course shortlisting to documentation. Ensure process compliance and timely reporting. Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
