- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for promotional activities.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for physical/online counseling sessions.
- Reporting
- Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.
- Share conversion updates with the reporting manager.
