- Manage LTO archive systems and file formats used in post-production workflows.
- Handle studio infrastructure — including both hardware and software — ensuring minimal downtime.
- Supervise data and storage management, maintaining organization, backup protocols, and content security.
- Monitor team performance, review daily reports, and provide updates and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to maintain high standards of quality and delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in post-production or media studio operations.

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets for the studio.
Convert consultations and walk-in leads into confirmed bookings with a strong focus on upselling premium designs, services, and aftercare products.
Maintain a lead-to-booking conversion rate in line with company benchmarks.
Coordinate with the HQ sales, contact centre, and marketing teams for lead follow-ups and promotional activities.

2. Customer Experience Excellence

Monitor and manage inventory—request supplies, track usage, and control costs.

4. Team Leadership & Development
