Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency in output.
• Develop high-impact creative ideas, scripts, and storytelling for ad films, integrated campaigns, and digital-first content.
• Collaborate with art, strategy, and client servicing teams to create campaigns that resonate with audiences.
• Drive concept development and ensure flawless execution of copy across digital, social, print, and video platforms.
• Partner with top brands to conceptualize and deliver iconic campaigns that stand out in the industry.
• Provide strategic creative inputs during pitches, presentations, and client discussions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–6 years of experience in copywriting within advertising/digital agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns for leading brands (award-winning work is a plus).
• Expertise in digital advertising and branded storytelling.
• Proven ability to write, conceptualize, and execute scripts for ad films.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to inspire, nurture, and elevate copywriting talent

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ensure that all production processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Train, motivate, and manage production line staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor production equipment for proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of the production area to identify and address any issues.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve production-related problems.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the production team.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using production scheduling software and equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing on-site presence with remote responsibilities.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree preferred.
