• Handling lifting activities for TA.
• Leading and executing assigned lifting activities for TA.
• Familiar with all types of Hitches used for Rigging
• Ensure that all lifting equipment and gears are Tested, color coded and Certified
• Ensure that no load is lifted, where the weight is not stated or unknown
• Be aware of any obstructions within crane radius and working area
• Prepare and lead the team so as to ensure safe lifting practices, client satisfaction and timely completion.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned by the Lifting Supervisor / Lifting Engineer / TA Manager.
• Arrangements of lifting area/location including tools and equipment.
• Lead and co-ordinate with team to ensure jobs are performed safely, timely and in accordance to required quality requirements.
