Requirements

:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/dispatch operations (experience with Q-commerce/marketplaces preferred) – Supply chain guys from Flipkart preferred
3. Strong coordination and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and dashboards.

:

The Supply Chain Management in the manufacturing industry is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process—from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished goods. The role ensures efficient planning, sourcing, production scheduling, logistics, and inventory management to minimize costs, reduce delays, and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Vendor Management
:
