  • Tie-up with corporates to implement Factoring, Reverse Factoring, Hundi discounting , Invoice financing, PO financing, Dealer financing, Export Factoring products with corporates.
  • Explore, engage and acquire FINTECH companies that will enable supply chain financing for banks.
  • Develop business plan to market supply chain products.
  • Conceptualize structure, develop and roll-out enhancements to existing products.
  • Monitor portfolio hygiene of all existing programs on an on-going basis.
  • Work closely with the internal (sales team, operations, credit, compliance, legal, commercial team) and external stakeholders (existing/new customers).


Job Requirements


  • Corporate sales experience with understanding of supply chain products will be preferable.
  • Min 10 years of banking experience with experience to manage large corporate relationships will be preferable
  • Extant Regulations (RBI Guidelines on Receivable Finance, Factoring, Bill discounting)
  • Self-driven and motivated
