Supply Chain-Products acts as an acquisition engine for Wholesale Banking division with prime focus on selling structured working capital products, apart from the traditional WC propositions available in the market. Vendor Financing, Dealer Financing, Factoring, Reverse Factoring & Anchor based structured trade finance, Export Factoring are some of the key areas based on which prospective customers are acquired.
Job Role
- To structure, develop and enhance domestic trade and supply chain finance solutions to multinationals, domestic large & medium size corporates for clients based out of North and East India covering prime locations like Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Ludhiana.
- Manage existing programs from Anchor relationship perspective and grow the existing supply chain book.
- Drive digital initiatives on various trade products including supply chain products
- Drive the profitability of the program and achieve the required NII from RAROC perspective.
- Work closely with CCG/ LC/MNC/SME Teams pan India to expand Supply chain business and grow revenues by developing Domestic Supply Chain products-Vendor Finance & Dealer Finance.
- Tie-up with corporates to implement Factoring, Reverse Factoring, Hundi discounting , Invoice financing, PO financing, Dealer financing, Export Factoring products with corporates.
- Explore, engage and acquire FINTECH companies that will enable supply chain financing for banks.
- Develop business plan to market supply chain products.
- Conceptualize structure, develop and roll-out enhancements to existing products.
- Monitor portfolio hygiene of all existing programs on an on-going basis.
- Work closely with the internal (sales team, operations, credit, compliance, legal, commercial team) and external stakeholders (existing/new customers).
Job Requirements
- Corporate sales experience with understanding of supply chain products will be preferable.
- Min 10 years of banking experience with experience to manage large corporate relationships will be preferable
- Extant Regulations (RBI Guidelines on Receivable Finance, Factoring, Bill discounting)
