**Essential Responsibilities**
The Supply Chain Manager will be accountable for the overall strategic direction, performance, and continuous improvement of the supply chain, ensuring seamless operations from planning to delivery.
+ Provide overall supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators, including the S&OP process.
+ Lead the S&OP process, facilitating meetings and ensuring consensus across functions for demand and supply planning.
+ Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, driving improvement initiatives based on operational conditions and ensuring achievement of business targets.
+ Oversee and optimize inventory levels, working capital management, and achieve inventory turns targets across all material categories.

+ Champion strong communication and collaboration across all functions, including Operations, Finance, and Sales, to ensure integrated supply chain operations.
+ Manage external customs audits and resolve issues to ensure compliance with global customs regulations.
+ Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining high service levels.
+ Implement and optimize supply chain systems and tools, including SAP, to enhance visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
+ Drive initiatives for risk mitigation and problem-solving within the supply chain, utilizing methodologies like 8D for effective resolution.
+ Lead and participate in regular performance reviews and planning meetings to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
+ Ensure the development and implementation of robust supplier management strategies to optimize material flow and quality.
+ Spearhead new employee orientation and onboarding programs within the supply chain department, promoting a strong understanding of roles and responsibilities.
**Required Qualifications**
+ A Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business/Management, or Engineering from a local or internationally reputable university
+ At least 8-years work experience on supply chain or inventory planning in relevant industry, fast-moving industry, or manufacturing industry with leadership experience in operational functions are preferred
+ Good familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems
+ Experienced in continuous improvement concept and its implementation in supply chain setting.
+ Experienced in leading teams and delivering business results.
+ At least intermediate level of active English (daily contact with foreign colleagues) is required
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
+ Strong proficiency in SAP/ ERP
+ Willing to stay in Bandung.
