Description
The role of a Supply Planning and Customer Service Executive is to optimize inventory, service and cost while dealing with volatility. Lead must be the supply chain face for the relevant category and collaborate with customer marketing, planning, and sales teams continuously. He/ She will be leading the team of central supply and network planners and branch customer service team to bring in efficiencies and manage disruptions. Lead must work with planning excellence, demand planning and distribution planning to implement new technologies in planning and customer service. He/she should lead supply chain strategy to build an agile, efficient, collaborative, and aligned end to end network. Provide leadership and inspiration to drive cost savings projects. He/ She will have to collaborate with all branches and be the supply chain point of contact for the category and other supply chain teams.
Here is how your day at Unilever would look like:
Create production plans basis forward demand
Collaborate with category on going plan for the category
Collaborate with the Sales and Central Planning team to prepare SC actions as relevant
Review production plans to meet demand at optimum service and inventory levels at every depot
Planning for event prebuild and full execution
Lead all activation networks to drive efficiency and agile Supply Chain
Do collab and coordination with factory teams to ensure best availability with cost
Collaborate with Manufacturing , Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure service level
Leverage digital and AI based planning tools and develop future models to improve efficiencies
Drive projects
Understand Customer nuiances and design planning principles to improve service
Key KPIs:
Service-CCFOT, MSTN and Day 0 CCF
Inventory- RDOH, Glide path, DBNR
Others- CPT, Km travelled, Business waste
System Implementation- Digital planning skills
Key Stakeholders:
Category Teams- Marketing, Customer Marketing
Factory teams
Customer Development- -CCMs, ASMs
Planning- Central Demand and Distribution Planning teams, Planning Excellence,
Delivery- Branch Fulfilment teams and Central Logistics
Category & SC Finance
Procurement and R&D.
Experience Requirement:
Min 2 yrs of experience in Supply Planning/ Demand Planning /Customer Service/ Supply chain other verticals
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Engineering
MBA in Supply Chain Management

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs across demand planning, procurement, inventory management, vendor management, logistics, ERP systems, and cost control. The trainer will play a vital role in building capabilities across teams to optimize supply chain performance and ensure best practices are consistently implemented in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver structured training modules on supply chain domains, including:

- Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
- Inventory Management & Optimization
- Vendor/Supplier Relationship Management
- Logistics & Distribution
- ERP Systems & Digital Tools
- Cost Control & Supply Chain Efficiency
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps across departments and customize programs accordingly.
- Provide hands-on training through workshops, simulations, and case studies relevant to medical devices, pharma, and FMCG sectors .
- Ensure participants are upskilled in both strategic and operational aspects of supply chain management.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with emerging supply chain trends, digital technologies, and regulatory requirements to keep training material relevant.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field .
- 10+ years of supply chain experience in medical devices, pharma, FMCG, or multi-industry domains.
- Proven expertise in demand planning, procurement, vendor management, inventory control, logistics, and ERP tools .
- Strong knowledge of cost optimization and supply chain performance metrics.
- Experience in designing and delivering corporate training programs or workshops .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex supply chain concepts into practical, actionable training content.
Preferred:
- Certification in APICS (CPIM/CSCP), CIPS, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies .
- Exposure to multiple ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with supply chain digitalization and analytics tools
