The Supply Chain Specialist – Quick Commerce will be responsible for ensuring product availability, timely replenishment, and operational excellence across all quick commerce platforms. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, warehouses, and platform category managers to maintain high fill rates, low ageing inventory, and zero stockouts.

Inventory & Order Management

• Manage day-to-day operations for Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto .
• Ensure timely replenishment and maintain >95% fill rate across all SKUs.
• Track platform stock levels and coordinate with warehouses for dispatch planning.
• Manage order processing, dispatch accuracy, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor expiry dates, ageing stock, and stock rotations to minimize wastage.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with category teams at platforms for order forecasts, stock updates, and visibility planning.
• Work closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to align inventory flow with demand.

Data & Reporting

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. IT Asset Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT hardware assets, from planning and procurement to retirement.

• Maintain accurate records in ITAM/CMDB systems like ServiceNow .

2. Procurement Support:

• Handle procurement of IT equipment (e.g., laptops, networking devices, A/V systems, software) for real estate projects such as office expansions or relocations.

3. Vendor and Contract Management:
