ROLE
This multitasking role, will provide support to Customers and the Commercial Team by ensuring that all customer orders are followed up efficiently with impeccable customer service.
In this role, you will be receiving, processing, and managing customer orders throughout the entire order and delivery process. Additionally, you will assist to solve issues or special requirements in liaison Customers and Sales Managers.
Other duties include:
- Process of sales quotations and orders
- Coordination of sales orders, stock availability, logistics and delivery
- Management and use of customer database
- Creation of new customer profiles in the CRM
- The provision of administrative support to sales team
