Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Solar Design Engineer with an Electrical Engineering background to join our team in Kota, Rajasthan.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing photovoltaic (PV) solar power systems, conducting site assessments, and ensuring that all designs are in line with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and development:
Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar projects and perform shading analysis, and energy production estimates.
Calculate the size of solar systems, select appropriate equipment (modules, inverters, batteries), and determine optimal configurations based on project requirements.
Create and optimize detailed electrical designs for photovoltaic solar power systems, including system layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), electrical schematics, and other design as per requirements.
Evaluate structural and electrical feasibility for proposed installations. providing as-built drawings and O&M documentation for project handover.
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues in existing solar installations and provide engineering solutions.
