- Conduct water footprint assessments and recommend measures for reduction.
- Assist clients in understanding and complying with water-related regulations and policies.
- Provide training and capacity building to farmers and agricultural stakeholders on water conservation techniques.
- Collaborate with engineers, agronomists, and environmental scientists on integrated water resource management projects.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and technical recommendations for clients in **Pune** and surrounding regions.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and innovative solutions in agricultural water management.
- Master's degree in Hydrology, Environmental Engineering, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field with a specialization in water resources.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in agricultural water management, water resource consulting, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in irrigation technologies, water conservation strategies, and hydrological modeling.
- Strong understanding of soil-plant-water relationships and climate change impacts on water resources.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software for water resource modeling and GIS analysis.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience working with farmers and rural communities is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site assessments around **Pune**.
