Role Overview
We are looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level to early-career consulting role, ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, analytical ability, and a genuine interest in sustainability. Prior consulting experience is welcome but not a requirement — we value curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to learn. You will work closely with the founders , gain exposure to exciting new topics , and build skills across ESG, data, and strategy while having fun in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client engagements on ESG, carbon accounting, life cycle analysis (LCA), and sustainability reporting.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis on sustainability and climate-related topics.
- Work with datasets in Excel to prepare models, dashboards, and KPIs for clients.
- Develop client-ready presentations and proposals in PowerPoint with clear messaging and strong visuals.
- Engage directly with clients , collaborate with them to understand needs, gather data, and co-create solutions.
- Contribute to the preparation of sustainability disclosures aligned with frameworks (GRI, CSRD, BRSR, SBTi, TNFD, etc.).
- Collaborate with senior consultants and founders to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Continuously learn and explore new areas in sustainability, ESG frameworks, and emerging regulations.

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Sustainability Consultant to join our growing Middle East & Asia team. As a key member of our sustainability practice, you will contribute to developing innovative solutions that help our clients achieve their environmental and social responsibility goals. This is a full-time position, based in Bangalore office.
- Experience with Middle East projects on local frameworks such as Estidama, Mostadam is a plus.
- Conduct sustainability assessments for various client projects.
- Contribute to the development of sustainability strategies on projects in coordination with the wider team.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on sustainabiltiy features embedded in the project design.
- Provide technical advice on sustainable design and construction practices
