Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead and manage our ambitious sustainability certification initiatives, specifically targeting Platinum-level or equivalent certifications . The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in certifications such as LEED, IGBC, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, BRI, WLCA, and GRESB, and possess proven expertise in commercial office projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and drive all sustainability certifications, ensuring all commercial office buildings attain Platinum-level (or equivalent) status under LEED, IGBC, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, BRI, WLCA, and GRESB frameworks.
- Lead the certification process, including audits, documentation, compliance reviews, and coordination with external consultants and certification bodies.
- Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders—including architects, engineers, project teams, and facility managers—to embed sustainability best practices throughout every stage of development.
- Develop, implement, and continuously update Muttha Group’s sustainability policies, standards, and frameworks, aligning them with global best practices.
- Track and report on sustainability performance, recommending innovative solutions and enhancements.
- Stay ahead of evolving sustainability trends, regulatory requirements, and industry advancements to ensure Muttha Group remains an industry leader.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of demonstrable expertise managing Platinum-level or equivalent sustainability certifications specifically in commercial office real estate projects.
- Must have hands-on experience and deep expertise with LEED, IGBC, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, BRI, WLCA, and GRESB certifications.
- Certifications such as LEED AP, WELL AP, IGBC AP, or related accreditation strongly preferred.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Ability to influence teams and drive sustainable innovation effectively across projects.
