Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager  to lead and manage our ambitious sustainability certification initiatives, specifically targeting Platinum-level or equivalent certifications . The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in certifications such as LEED, IGBC, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, BRI, WLCA, and GRESB, and possess proven expertise in commercial office projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage and drive all sustainability certifications, ensuring all commercial office buildings attain Platinum-level (or equivalent) status under LEED, IGBC, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, BRI, WLCA, and GRESB frameworks.
  • Lead the certification process, including audits, documentation, compliance reviews, and coordination with external consultants and certification bodies.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders—including architects, engineers, project teams, and facility managers—to embed sustainability best practices throughout every stage of development.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously update Muttha Group’s sustainability policies, standards, and frameworks, aligning them with global best practices.
  • Track and report on sustainability performance, recommending innovative solutions and enhancements.
  • Stay ahead of evolving sustainability trends, regulatory requirements, and industry advancements to ensure Muttha Group remains an industry leader.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of demonstrable expertise managing Platinum-level or equivalent sustainability certifications specifically in commercial office real estate projects.
  • Must have hands-on experience and deep expertise with LEED, IGBC, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, BRI, WLCA, and GRESB certifications.
  • Certifications such as LEED AP, WELL AP, IGBC AP, or related accreditation strongly preferred.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to influence teams and drive sustainable innovation effectively across projects.

Manager - SAP Sustainability

Purpose and Objectives: 
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Manager to lead end-to-end SAP Sustainability and ESG transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across SAP’s Sustainability Solution Suite, including SAP Sustainability Footprint Management (SFM), SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) for ESG reporting, SAP Responsible Design & Production (RDP), as well as ESG-enabling tools such as SAP Green Token, SAP Green Ledger, and SAP Sustainability Data Exchange (SDX).

This role is for a Senior leader who can advise clients on Net zero transformation, ESG strategies, and regulatory compliance including CSRD, EUDR, CBAM, and EPR/PPT. You will drive digital sustainability programs, integrating SAP technologies to embed ESG across core business functions and supply chains.

Skills and Experience:

  • SAP Sustainability Solutions Expertise: Extensive implementation and leadership experience in positioning and implementing SAP’s end-to-end sustainability suite including SCT, SFM, RDP, Green Token, SDX, and Green Ledger across multiple client engagements.
  • Expertise in Data Modelling and Analytics: Proficiency in data modelling with SAP HANA (on cloud) or SAP Datasphere and skilled at creating stories, dashboards, and BI reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or any other BI tools, with SAC being preferred. Understanding the role of data and analytics in sustainability reporting and decision-making is essential.
  • Program & Stakeholder Leadership : 7+ years of total experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles delivering SAP or sustainability transformation programs. Skilled in managing large teams, cross-functional collaboration, and executive stakeholder alignment. 
  • Pre-Sales and RFP Expertise : Proven experience in contributing to RFPs, proposals, and client presentations for SAP Sustainability projects, including solution design, effort estimation, and positioning of SAP’s ESG solution suite aligned to client needs and regulations.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Experience in developing assets in SAP Sustainability - ideally leveraging AI/GenAI for automation, predictive insights, and ESG reporting is a strong plus.
  • Communication and Influence : Excellent communication abilities, with the skill to convey vision, strategy, and technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated competence in influencing organizational change and driving sustainability initiatives.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Sustainability, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • At least 7-10 years of overall experience in SAP implementation projects, including 2- 3 years focused on SAP Sustainability solutions like SCT, SFM, RDP, Green Token etc. Skilled in extracting data from SAP S/4HANA, building models in SAP Datasphere or SAP HANA Cloud, and developing visual reports using BI tools, with a preference for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles, net zero strategy, and key regulations such as CSRD, EUDR, CBAM, and EPR/PPT.
  • Proven leadership experience with the capability to guide cross-functional teams and achieve strategic sustainability goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a strategic perspective and a dedication to promoting sustainability in business operations.
