Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in agronomy or a closely related field, with practical experience in field research and farm advisory.
- Strong understanding of crop physiology, soil science, plant pathology, and entomology.
- Knowledge of sustainable and organic farming principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly.
- Experience in working directly with farmers and agricultural communities.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship.
