CHW is responsible for maintaining the man machine & plant interface, service functionality, sensing (wind, azimuth, yawing, tower acceleration), AUX power supply & backup. - A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Chartered status with Engineers Australia is a plus
- Extensive experience in power system analysis for utility-scale networks, including steady-state, dynamic and electromagnetic transient (RMS/EMT) studies
- Proven experience with the generator connection process under the Australian National Electricity Rules (NER) or similar frameworks
- Proven track record in grid connection and GPS studies (R0, R1), and R2 commissioning plan and hold point testing plus model validation studies for utility-scale Inverter-Based Resources (IBRs)
- Strong knowledge of NER and Generator Technical Performance Standards (GTPS)
- Background in consulting engineering, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients
- Experience managing consulting engagements, including client liaison, commercial oversight, and scope management
- Proficiency in PSS/E and PSCAD; experience with DIgSILENT PowerFactory and PSSE SINCAL is a plus
- Familiarity with synchronous and non-synchronous connections, including storage and hybrid technologies
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with grid-forming inverters, hybrid renewable energy projects, data centre connections, and automation/Python programming

The ideal candidate should possess a proficient level of experience in utilizing LabVIEW, NI TestStand, . and other NI tool suites such as NI-Max and NI-DaqMx libraries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience of 5 to 8 Years in developing and testing software supporting Hardware and equipment testing requirements.
- Design and develop software tailored for testing Avionics LRUs, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards.
- Proficiency in LabVIEW, NI TestStand, and NI software tools for test automation and development.
- Expertise in creating software interfaces for a wide array of instruments, including Power Supplies, DMMs, Analog, DIO, and network switches.
- Proficient in designing and implementing software solutions for the precise measurement of various sensors, including temperature sensors (RTDs, Thermocouples), pressure sensors, flow sensors, RSLV, LVDT, etc.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to interface and optimize sensor functionalities within the test framework.

This is for an experienced systems engineer (SE) position in the airplane systems engineering organization in the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) BU. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for System development of aircraft network system, aircraft interface device, computing device, electrical sub-systems, development Assurance (ARP4754A), Validation & Verification and traceability of requirements. Also, you will be responsible for Systems design, system level requirements development, decomposing requirements, testing, and supports FAA certification documents.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Demonstrate excellence in development of high-integrity aircraft network system / aircraft interface device / computing devices / cabin systems.
+ Demonstrate excellence in System design, integration & testing.
+ Demonstrate excellence in development Assurance (ARP4754A)
+ Develop System test procedures.
+ Perform Requirements Management in DOORS.
+ Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, functional requirements and regulatory requirements.
+ Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
+ Coordinates with engineering functions to define requirements related to safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialty engineering groups.
+ Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
+ Resolves cross-functional technical issues.
+ Present requirement, design and/or development revision and changes to formal change boards.
+ Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree is required as BASIC QUALIFICATION.
+ Working experience in a couple of areas from the following:
+ Network Systems: Connectivity systems/network systems, inflight connectivity systems, Wireless access points, Network file server, Wi-Fi, 5G, cloud, Data load, Health management BITE, Hardware requirements, cyber security or
+ Cabin Systems: Network systems, Digital backbone, Video Surveillance system, Direct view system, Camera, Monitor.
+ Perform Requirements development, System Architecture, Design, Verification and Validation for airplane systems:
+ Working experience on ARP 4754 & knowledge on ARP-4761, DO178, DO -160 & DO-254 Standards.
+ Working experience on / MIL STD 704 & MIL STD 461 requirement is required
+ Systems testing knowledge and Hands on experience in using test equipment.
