Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and

technology solutions. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and

development teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions

aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including

business users, product owners, and project managers.

Translate business needs into detailed software specifications such as user

stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of

requirements, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and

daily stand-ups.

Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies or improvement areas in current

processes and systems.

Perform feasibility studies to evaluate the technical and business viability of

proposed solutions.

Prioritize requirements in alignment with strategic business objectives.

Support QA and testing efforts to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including

the Project Proposal, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional

Requirement Specifications (FRS).

Benefits

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related

field.

Proven experience as a Software Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage

technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.

Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with frameworks like

Scrum or Kanban.

Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated intern to join our team to create user-centered, engaging content for digital products platforms and provide technical assistance for SharePoint. This role will involve running an awareness campaign for Power Platform, conducting events and engaging with users. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, have strong content creation skills, and be proactive in conducting outreach to various Citizen Developers., and user-friendly documentation that enhances the understanding of our applications and processes.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

·Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MS.

·Previous internship experience in technology, event management, or content creation is a plus.

·Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint.

DESIRED

·Microsoft or Power Platform or other technical certifications not required but highly desired

·Strong interest in technology, particularly Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.

+ Knowledge in Oracle standard functionality, corresponding data table, and experience with customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integration (CEMLI) components.
+ Good experience in Custom solutions Execution in Global ERP instance with multiple Edge application (Compliance, Legal etch) systems integrated.
+ Must have good collaboration skills to coordinate multiple internal teams to implement/enable Project solutions.
+ Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management Functional Business Processes and Oracle configurations / functional module setups, Look Ups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces for R12 E-Business Suite.

Responsibilities

3 to 6 years implementing Financial Planning, Sales, Budgeting, & Forecasting systems in workday adaptive planning or similar tools

Experience in Financial Management with a background in management reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, or related field

Analyzing different models like client forecast, financial models and associated reports

Enhance existing models or implement new models per business needs

Extensive knowledge in Cube and Model Sheet’s . Along with Shared and Master Formulas

Build Forecasting Models and support/enhance existing models

Exposure working on levels, versions, hierarchy and dimensions

Certified Workday Adaptive Planning or Hyperion or Anaplan consultant

Conducting Working sessions with business leads/stake holders to create models that can ease their current process

Working knowledge of GAAP and FRS Accounting Principles
