Responsible for training the team on ID materials and construction methodologies based on Company Standards and design intent and mentoring them to do proper interior detailing using BIM technology. Responsible to make sure the team is technically Knowledgeable in interior fit out and other trade coordination
- Checking the drawings before issuing them to the Head office team. Giving expert judgement to the staff involved for preparation of IFC in coordination with Head office team leaders. Responsible for the correctness of the IFC drawings prepared by the team
- Having Regular meetings, discussion and correspondence with head of office Team leads or managers regarding the unresolved details and design issue. Responsible for clearing the issues with proper guidance.
- Evaluating the staff based on feedback from the team leaders as well as directly checking them to ensure that the staff productivity is ensured. Accountable for proper evaluation of staff based on the work capacity on Quarterly basis.
- Accountable for the preparation of the reports as required by the HOD.
