We are seeking a dedicated Network Presales Engineer to demonstrate product capabilities and provide technical consulting to enterprise and government organizations. In this role, you will drive architecture, design, and development of next-gen carrier-grade wireless access points, enabling carriers and enterprises to meet the growing demand for high-bandwidth applications and service
Key Responsibilities
Design, present, and demonstrate product capabilities to enterprise and government organizations.
Understand customer requirements and provide consultation/design on architecture and solutions.
Support the sales team during qualification by ensuring products meet customer requirements and assisting in technical qualification.
Influence customers’ technical requirements and position products against competition.
Prepare solution documents, proposals, and responses to RFQs/RFPs.
Deliver presales activities such as product presentations, deployment design, demonstrations, and technical consulting.
Participate in conference calls and customer visits, providing leadership on major opportunities.
Develop technical designs, presentations, and proposals as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Engineering.
Mandatory Certification: CCNA (CCNP/CCDP is an added advantage).
Minimum 10 years’ experience in presales within networking and/or network security domains.
Proven experience in managing enterprise customers.
Strong communication and presentation skills (spoken and written English).
Excellent interpersonal, time management, and team collaboration skills.
In-depth knowledge of:
LAN, WAN, SD-WAN
Routers, Campus Switches
Wireless Access Points & Controllers
Network Access Control Solutions
Firewalls and MDM solutions
Expertise in creating:
Bill of Materials (Bo M)
Scope Documents
High-Level Design (HLD) documents
Technical solution documentation (Mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio.
Hands-on knowledge of multiple networking vendors’ products (preferred).
Ability to conduct Proof of Concepts (Po C).
Quick learner with self-starter attitude and minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel up to 70%
