o Perform regular audits and health checks on integration points to ensure data integrity and security.
Automation and Scheduling:
o Create and manage scheduled jobs for automated data exchange, ensuring jobs run successfully and on time.
o Optimize automation workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve process efficiency.
o Implement logging and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve issues with scheduled jobs or integrations.
Collaboration and Documentation:
o Work closely with application developers, database administrators, and business analysts to define integration requirements and create solutions.
o Maintain comprehensive documentation of all integration points, APIs, and workflows, including version control and updates.
o Communicate integration designs and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Security and Compliance:
o Ensure that all data exchanges comply with organizational and regulatory security standards.
o Implement best practices for API security, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.

Who are we looking for?
Key Skills (Must Have)
Proven experience in designing, developing, and managing APIs using REST, SOAP, or other relevant technologies.
Strong understanding of data exchange methodologies, including ETL processes, file transfers (FTP, SFTP), and real-time data streaming.
Experience with API management platforms and tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, Apigee).
Expertise in creating and monitoring scheduled jobs for automated data exchange processes.

The Business System Analyst will act as Workday Systems Analyst/Developer and possess both the functional & technical understanding of Workday HCM and will serve as primary source for technical support, configuration, and development of reporting, integrations and functional enhancements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Workday platform.
- Configure and design Workday HCM functional areas including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business process and security.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Integration Engineer to join our Integration Team, focusing primarily on the pre-onboarding phase for our publishers. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless initial experience for our partners through automation, efficient troubleshooting, and robust technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute pre-onboarding technical tasks for publishers, ensuring smooth and timely integration.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automation scripts and workflows using Python.
- Implement and manage caching strategies using Cloudflare (or similar CDN caching mechanisms).
- Use Google Developer Console for effective debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Integrate and monitor SDKs, ensuring seamless functionality within publisher environments.
- Perform API testing, debugging, and validation using Postman collections.
- Analyze, interpret, and act upon logging and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, QA teams, AI/Data representatives, and Engineering to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Document integration processes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices clearly and comprehensively.
- Troubleshoot both backend and frontend integration issues, providing rapid resolutions and root-cause analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Cloudflare or other CDN/caching solutions.
- Demonstrated familiarity with Google Developer Console for debugging and analytics.
- Practical experience with API testing, using Postman and API collections.
- Comfortable integrating, configuring, and debugging various SDKs.
- Experience working with logging and APM tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Kibana).
- Solid troubleshooting skills for both backend and frontend issues.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent documentation habits.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical team members and clients.
- Proactive, self-driven individual comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Familiar with basics of authentication and authorization techniques.
- Knowledge of IP-based configurations, including IP whitelisting, access controls, and security best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or other frontend technologies.
- Previous experience working in SaaS or AI-first companies.
