Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise scheduled export/import of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) database between office and vessels, and implement software upgrades released by developers after proper testing.
• Communicate with PMS developers regarding system issues and enhancements to improve productivity.
• Liaise with contractors for the development of new vessel databases according to company-specific requirements.
• Monitor and track vessels’ overdue PMS jobs, critical spares status, and shutdown requests monthly, providing detailed reports to management.
