Primarily the resource needs to have good experience in SAP Litmos environment.
Required Experience / Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and processing of LMS change requests submitted through QuickBase tickets, email requests, Digital Gradebook Rosters and Departure Notices. Timely processing of LMS changes is essential to achieving SLA.
- LMS changes include but are not limited to reactivating/deactivating user profiles, enrolling/unenrolling users from Courses or Learning Paths in Litmos.
- Ability to create bulk import files using LMS user metadata required fields in order to process large change requests with a high level of accuracy.
- Consistently document all LMS change requests and pertinent details in Consolidated Litmos tracker.
- Research and escalate LMS issues to the right parties as needed, with a sense of urgency. Corresponding via email is often needed, proper grammar and punctuation is required.
- Process bi-weekly Litmos metadata updates to ensure data alignment across multiple systems.
- Download daily Litmos reports and upload to Power BI Dashboards.
