You will be part of Automotive System Performance team that is responsible for profiling and optimizing the System Performance on Snapdragon Automotive chipsets.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Drive Performance analysis on silicon using various System and Cores (i.e. CPU, GPU, Memory and AI/ML) benchmarks like Dhrystone, Antutu, GeekBench, GFXBench, SPECInt, ResNet50 etc.
+ Use of Performance tools to analyze the load patterns across IPs and identify any performance bottlenecks in system.
+ Analyzing Performance KPIs of Auto SoC subsystems like CPU, GPU, NSP, Memory, Camera, Display, Video and corelate performance with projection
+ Evaluate and characterize performance at various junction temperatures and optimize running at high ambient temperatures.
+ Analyze and optimize the System performance parameters of SoC infrastructure like NoC, LP5 DDR, etc.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to plan and execute performance activities on Auto chipsets as well make recommendations for next generation chipsets.
**Minimum Qualifications**
7+ years of industry experience in the following:
+ Experience working on any ARM/x86 based platforms, mobile/automotive operating systems and/or performance profiling tools.
+ Experience in application or driver development in LinuxQNX and ability to create/customize make files with various compiler options is a plus.
+ Must be quick learner and should be able to adapt to new technologies.
+ Must have excellent communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Additional skills in the following areas are preferred:
+ Knowledge of Computer architecture, LP5 DDR, Bus/NOC profiling is a big plus.

· Proficient in hardware fundamentals of display/Video/Camera basics, DDR, SMMU, NOC and system interconnects, AXI/AHB Bus protocols and hardware Performance Monitoring systems.
· Good understanding of Auto/Mobile SoC architectures and Multimedia Subsystems hardware data flows.
· Basics of Arm processor architecture, Multicore/Multiprocessor with SMP/heterogenous cores. Expertise in C programming language on an embedded platform is a must.
· Operating systems/RTOS/Linux kernel internals, scheduling policies, locking mechanism, MMU/paging etc.
· Prior working experience in IP hardware functional and performance validation in silicon and or emulation, preferably in Multimedia domain viz. camera, Video, Display, GPU and Audio.
· Familiar with Android System tools, Debug tools, JTAG, scripting etc. · Passion in debugging system level issues, working with teams across geographies and partnering with cross functional teams towards meeting project milestones.
· Exposure to working on emulation/pre-si environment is added advantage.

As a Implementation Lead/Director, you will play a key role in design and delivery of complex regulatory reporting solutions of varying sizes to new and existing customers globally and will be part of the client services team within the FinTech industry.

As an Implementation Lead/Director, your focus will be to lead client implementation, design and implement sophisticated solutions using CV10 platform for Nasdaq AxiomSL clients globally.
Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, India, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Key responsibilities include:
You will be handling project scope, timelines, budget and delivery as per agreed upon project plan and SOW.
Conducting client discovery workshops, designing solutions, implementation and guiding team on solution implementation within project parameters.
You will have to Collaborate with Nasdaq and client team members, Solution Architects, Domain Authorities, to analyze and understand client data and implement the best possible solutions for the clients.
Mentorship to client and internal project team on addressing client challenges and standard methodologies for platform and solution setup.
Plan, prepare and Deliver end-user training for platform or solutions.
Providing regulatory reporting expertise and staying up-to-date with regulatory developments.
Following SDLC standard methodologies maintaining detailed documentation.
Sharing knowledge with client teams as applicable.
Supporting sales, pre-sales and product teams with technical expertise for potential projects and solutions.
Mentor team members on design considerations, standard processes and methodologies to help them improve their skills.
The ideal candidate combines technical implementation skills with regulatory knowledge and client-facing capabilities.
Education Qualification : Master’s degree in computer science, Business / Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience working on delivering regulatory reporting solutions with 8+ years working on Axiom
We expect you to have
Proven experience of leading regulatory reporting implementations for financial institutions
Familiarity of Financial Statements, General Ledger, Accounting related to regulatory reporting
Basic project management skills to plan, implement and track project status
Excellent SQL skills and experience using SQL query tools
Experience with Axiom CV v9/10
Experience and a strong interest in software implementation and process management is required
Is service focused and can communicate clearly with client personnel at any level, from technical staff to executive leadership.
Ability to travel to client locations or other Nasdaq offices, or stay at certain locations during implementation (typically 3 to 9 months).

Expert in regulatory reporting functional requirements
Proficient in using JIRA, MS Office apps
Certified scrum master / knowledgeable in agile methodologies
Aware of cloud computing fundamentals
