+ SYSPLEX resource utilization monitoring. Define Couple datatsets and manage CFRM, ARM, SFM & LOGR policies.
+ Hardware and Config - Define CF/zOS LPARs, create/maintain activation profiles, OSID configuration, assign DASD/TAPE devices, OSA configuration, CHPID - PCHID mapping (CMT tool), IODF build, IOCDS writes etc.
+ HMC & SE - Perform IPLs, OSA configuration, problem determination, POR and manage IOCDS
+ Working on High Severity Incidents (Sev 1, Sev 2), Communicating to vendors & IBM Level 2 for analyzing,resolving them.
+ Provided extensive systems-related troubleshooting using IPCS dump analysis, HZR, Health checker, setting up Stand Alone Dump (SAD), SLIP traps and traces.
+ RMF MON II/MON III, RMF spread sheet reporter viewing, ENQ, Resource contention, system resource utilization analysis.
+ Plan and Lead Disaster Recovery exercises.
