**Position Requirement**
Core Systems & Architecture
- Deep experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Strong grounding in API design, service orchestration, and system observability
Adaptive Intelligence & AI Integration
- Familiarity with LLMs, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph)
- Experience with telemetry, behavioral data, and context-aware automation
- Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and grounding strategies
Engineering & DevOps
- Fluency in Python, Go, or TypeScript; experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and secure deployment practices
- Comfort with backend systems, data streaming (Kafka, Pulsar), and real-time processing
Strategic & Collaborative Skills
- Ability to translate abstract product goals into scalable technical architectures
- Experience mentoring cross-functional teams and guiding architectural decisions
- Systems empathy: designing for clarity, inclusivity, and emotional resonance
