Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and report status updates to senior management using tools like Jira. Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations.
- Service Management: Oversee IT service delivery, including helpdesk operations, ticket management, and incident resolution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to IT strategy development, including budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation to support business growth and innovation.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure the organization's systems are secure, resilient, and optimized. Manage system configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and oversee disaster recovery planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
- Reporting & Documentation: Create executive presentations, reporting matrices, and documentation to communicate project statuses, infrastructure health, and key metrics to upper management.
- Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate, select, and manage vendor relationships and software tools, ensuring they meet the organization’s evolving infrastructure needs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
- 3+ years of management experience leading IT infrastructure teams.
- Proficiency in managing enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with DevOps tools, concepts, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and system architecture.
- Proven ability to research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies.

About the Role:
Are you an experienced infrastructure engineer who thrives on keeping mission-critical systems running smoothly? Do you have a passion for working with physical hardware and automating operational tasks? Do you have experience with storage and virtualization technologies?
As a member of the TechOps CICD Infrastructure team, you'll be helping to deploy and operate the infrastructure that powers the CrowdStrike software factory. You'll be working with a variety of hardware architectures including x86_64, arm64, aarch64, and s390x as well as operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and MacOS. And you'll be part of the team responsible for developing and implementing emerging hardware technology patterns to support our developers in building the next generation of our products.
What You'll Need:
- Expertise with remotely operating traditional infrastructure in on-premises physical data center environments
- Expertise with bare metal provisioning
- Expertise operating large scale distributed storage infrastructure
- Expertise tuning and troubleshooting storage protocols such as NFS and CIFS
- Expertise with automating common tasks using tools tools such as Ansible, Powershell, AWX (Ansible Tower), and Jenkins
- Expertise with operating system lifecycle management
- Expertise with various consumer and enterprise operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS, Android) operating at scale
- Experience with Infrastructure as a Service platforms such as VMware and OpenStack

Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for defining and developing ML Platform and frameworks for generative AI powered applications at Apple Product Operations.You will be responsible in crafting, developing and maintaining our large-scale systems, storage, and integration services.You will collaborate with diverse cross-functional partners, including model developers, machine learning systems engineers, data scientists, application developers and product managers.You will work closely with the SRE team and develop monitoring and alerting on various applications and systems integrations.You will have the opportunity to learn and work on the latest technologies, lead POCs to demonstrate new ideas and influence the future direction of our technology stack.
- 3+ years of hands on micro services development experience using industry standard frameworks.
- Strong software development, problem-solving and debugging skills with experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, Go.
- Experience building a RESTful API with at least one backend language such as Python, Java, Go.
- Experience in writing and Tuning SQL queries and using data stores like Relational, NoSQL and Object Stores.
- Experience building cloud native platforms using containerization technologies like Kubernetes, docker, helm and well versed in AWS/GCP or Azure.
- Experience with big data processing using Spark and message queue platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing large scale distributed computing systems.
- Experience with Iceberg and Trino.
- Adept at quickly grasping and distilling highly complex matters into clean, understandable solutions.
- Self directed, self motivated and detail oriented with ability to come up with good design proposals and thorough analysis of production issues.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-functional team on high profile, critical projects.
- Candidate should be able to initiate and explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.
- Strong communication and Collaboration skills.
