Main Duties
Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, the Senior Talent Development Specialist will play a key role in delivering impactful learning experiences that drive individual and organizational growth. This includes planning and executing talent development initiatives, designing and implementing scalable learning programs, and managing end-to-end program operations. You will leverage data and digital tools to evaluate effectiveness, generate insights, and continuously enhance learning outcomes. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external partners is essential, along with championing learner engagement and fostering a culture of continuous development at StudyIn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Training Needs Identification & Analysis (TNI&A) activities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, engaging, and impact-driven learning programs across formats and geographies, to address evolving business priorities.
- Analyse training records and learning metrics using LMS and other reporting tools to prepare quarterly dashboards and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative feedback, learner assessments, and performance outcomes to refine and enhance learning solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless learning delivery and alignment, and manage external vendors for content, delivery, and platform support.
- Facilitate adoption of digital learning platforms, including LMS and other digital learning platforms, while championing learner engagement through blended learning, adult learning principles, and continuous feedback loops.
- Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the Talent Development function.

Requirements

- Experience in identifying and analysing training needs (TNI&A) and evaluating training effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs for customer-facing roles.
