We havea fantastic opportunity for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join us on a permanent basis with Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office) based out of our established Shared Service centre in Gurgaon.
About the role
As the Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering a World-Class resourcing service on a global scale. This role identifies and engages potential candidates for job openings, focusing on the initial stages of recruitment to build a pipeline of qualified talent.
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will support the end-to-end recruitment process for all areas and locations of TMS. You will help support Talent Acquisition by being present at vacancy briefings, sourcing candidates, talent mapping and talent pool generation. You will also be responsible for screening applications and arranging initial interviews whilst always being a brand ambassador for TMS.
You will also ensure great candidate experience for successful and unsuccessful candidates alike and work closely with HR in ensuring a smooth and successful on-boarding experience for any new starters.
Some of your Key responsibilities:
Developing Sourcing Strategies
Crafting targeted sourcing strategies to reach specific pools of talent.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
Interfacing closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and where external talent pipelines or pools are needed for geographical regions and functions.
Attend briefing meetings alongside your Recruitment Business Partner.
Building and maintaining Pipelines
Create, engage and regularly update talent pools.
Building relationships with potential candidates through networking, employee referrals, and passive recruiting techniques including the use of social media.
Activate employee networks and boost referrals.
Identifying and Attracting Talent.
Leveraging various sourcing channels and methods (e.g., Boolean Search) to develop a proactive and steady pipeline of qualified and diverse talent for open roles, repetitively hired roles, and niche roles by using social media, external databases, company home pages and search via ATS.
Generating innovative ideas, leveraging resources, and sharing information to develop effective sourcing strategies to identify the candidate profiles.
Initial Screening and Assessment
Advertise vacancies on job boards and key social media channels.
Monitor applications, conducting pre-screening phone interviews to assess candidates for needed skill set and competencies, potential fit for current and/or future positions, and potential fit to TMS culture.
Arrange interviews and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
Tools & Search Expertise
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
Diversity Sourcing
Implement inclusive sourcing methods to build a diverse pipeline and support equitable hiring.
ATS Management
Manage candidate pipelines using Workday or similar tools; ensure data accuracy and smooth processes.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with industry, sourcing trends and sharing insights to optimize our approach.
When priorities allow, you will also be involved in HR/Recruitment/Training combined projects which focus on continuous improvement of our employee lifecycle.
About you

To qualify for the role, some skills that would be either essential or helpful:
Previous experience of recruitment sourcing (talent pools, talent mapping, pipeline generation) for global cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Workday, and other sourcing platforms.
Advanced Talent Mapping and Talent Pool development.
Advanced skills in proactive outreach, candidate searching and telephone screening.
Fluent English
A proven history of performing at a high level in a busy and challenging international recruitment environment.
Experience using an ATS is essential (Workday Recruitment Solutions is preferred).
