- To be in constant touch with all the principals and all the customers for the

purchase and sales of the material and ensure that the necessary orders are

raised as per the requirements as also necessary supply is made to all of the

customers as per orders without any delay.
- To prepare purchase orders, pro forma invoices and transport invoice, supply

invoices, challan, D.Os on day-to-day basis (at the price fixed by the

management from time to time Files of Sales related papers regularly.
- Ensure to make necessary telephonic talks with the customers as and when

the new order is placed for the previous outstanding payment. To take print

out of all the outstanding, discuss the same with the management as also

calling the parties over phone for timely payments of the same. Also talk to

regular customers from time to time for repeat orders.
- There are cases when the customer is deducting miner payment towards

different packing or transport difference or short quantity. In such cases

preparation of J.V and approval of M.D is to be taken by Sales Coordinator.
- Payment follow up. Control over receivables, arranging collection of payments

etc.
- To deal with transporter and process the transporter bills as per the rates

finalized from time to time.
- To ensure that order placed on principals and material received against this

are matching and it also matches the average stock with us being maintained.
- To provide necessary bill, challans, invoices etc. and after taking signature

ensure to send the same to the principals or parties as the case may be.
- Support management for sending mails / circulars from time to time.
