Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join their growing sales team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, IN . This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with essential in-person collaboration for strategic meetings and client engagements. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. You will focus on selling innovative technology solutions to businesses across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of sales principles, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for technology. You will work closely with pre-sales engineers and support staff to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B technology sales environment. You should be adept at building rapport with C-level executives and understanding complex business requirements. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, and forecasting sales accurately. You will also be expected to stay current with market trends and competitive offerings to identify new business opportunities. A strong network within the local business community is a plus. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports in the CRM system.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B technology sales, with a strong track record of quota attainment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and their business applications.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
