Our client is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to join their growing technology solutions sales team. This hybrid role allows for flexible work arrangements, combining remote client engagement with necessary in-office collaboration in **Indore, Madhya Pradesh**. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, understanding their business needs, and providing them with innovative technology solutions that drive their success. Your primary goal will be to foster long-term partnerships and achieve significant revenue growth from your assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the technology sector. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. A deep understanding of current technology trends and solutions is essential. You will be responsible for developing account plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular client reviews, building strong rapport with key decision-makers, and understanding their strategic objectives. You will collaborate with internal pre-sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer support. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies is crucial. Key Responsibilities:
