    • Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and vendor teams to ensure smooth document and information flow.
    • Follow up with suppliers on Bill of Material (BOM) finalization and monitor design document progress.
    • Ensure vendors upload and maintain documentation in platforms such as e-Gesdoc.
    • Track purchase orders with procurement and follow up on material deliveries to site.
    • Coordinate with process engineering teams to gather critical data requested by vendors (e.g., critical equipment list, relief load summaries, operating parameters).
    • Interface with various teams to provide lists such as bypass valves and other asset data required by Honeywell and other OEMs.
    • Provide timely technical query (TQ) clarifications to vendors to prevent delays.

    Vendor & Stakeholder Management

    • Interface with vendors, OEMs, and system integrators to track deliverables and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
    • Monitor vendor progress and escalate risks or delays to relevant stakeholders.
    • Facilitate technical and commercial discussions between internal teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.

    Control Systems & Digital Integration

    • Support integration activities with control systems including DCS, SCADA, PLCs, and historians to ensure interoperability with IMOMS and Digital Twin platforms.
    • Collaborate with digital transformation teams to align field devices, network infrastructure, and software solutions.

    PMO & Governance (20% of role)

    • Track and report project KPIs, milestones, and risk registers in collaboration with the planning team.
    • Maintain updated project schedules, progress reports, and issue logs.
    • Support budget tracking, change management processes, and scope control.
    • Prepare and present project status updates to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering (preferred). Other engineering disciplines will be considered only with strong digitalization experience.

    Experience:

    • 5–8 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in Oil & Gas digital transformation or industrial automation projects.
    • Proven track record in coordinating CCTV, industrial wireless networks, control systems, and operational digital platforms (IMOMS, Digital Twin).
    • Familiarity with OT/IT convergence, ISA-95 concepts and industrial data historian systems like OSI PI.

    Technical Skills:

    • Understanding of DCS, SCADA, PLC, and related control systems.
    • Knowledge of digitalization tools, enterprise integration workflows, and industrial networking.
    • Experience working with engineering document management systems (e.g., SmartPlant, e-Gesdoc).
    • Proficient in MS Project or Primavera for schedule tracking and reporting.
