**The Role**
Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure - good at providing analysis, documenting and diagraming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally "figuring it out." This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.
There are two halves to this role: First, contributing to current projects where you analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems. And second, long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution. This role isn't specific to any one platform, so you'll need a good feel for all of them. And because of this, you'll experience variety and growth at Kyndryl that you won't find anywhere else.
You'll be involved early to offer solutions, help decide whether something can be done, and identify the technical and timeline risks up front. **POSITION PURPOSE**

We are looking to hire an experienced Cisco network engineer to implement and maintain Cisco networks. As a Cisco network engineer, you will be responsible for installing Cisco networks, troubleshooting issues, maintaining security, and training end-users on Cisco networking products. To ensure success, you should have extensive experience with network installations, good communication skills, and experience with end-user training. Should be able to and deploy and maintain scalable and secure networks that perfectly meet our needs. You will also be required to participate in solution reviews for your peer’s work, triage and solve live customer issues, and participate in all day-to-day operational activities. Additionally, you will monitor, measure, and improve Network performance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
- Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network
problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on
network optimization.
- Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring
access.
- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Reporting network operational status by gathering prioritizing information; managing
projects

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Meraki admin - Experience in Cisco Meraki is must
- In - depth knowledge of Cisco Meraki solution.
- Good knowledge of F5 solutions.
- Good Knowledge in Voice gateway and VOIP / SIP Solutions
- Understand customer requirements for wireless networks, integration of Cisco Meraki with existing infrastructure.
- Experience in Cisco Switching, Routing and Wireless technology
- Hands on experience in SolarWinds and PRTG monitoring tool - NPM, NCM and NTA.
- Strong knowledge in Cisco ASA, Cisco Meraki Firewall technologies and other similar
technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective
actions to restore the services
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex WAN issues in coordination with carriers & suppliers
- Responsible for improving performance for the customer network, devices and services
- At least 5 years' experience as a network Administrator.
