**The job**
As part of a global Unified Communications and Collaborations team of 8, this candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity tools with a focus on SharePoint services and data governance across the M365 ecosystem.
You will collaborate regularly with business stakeholders and other cross-functional teams with a goal to generate more value from our collaboration solutions. You will play an important role in continuously improving our service delivery model for Microsoft 365 services.
**Key responsibilities**
+ Reporting to the Director of UCC services, the Senior Collaboration Engineer is a seasoned SharePoint Administrator that will serve as a Microsoft 365 Collaboration SME alongside other Senior and Junior UC & Collaboration Engineers.
+ Contribute to M365 service improvement projects including design & planning, change management, and implementation efforts throughout the project life cycle.
+ With your well-rounded skills in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange and other M365 productivity tools, you will serve as an escalation point of contact for the APAC and EMEA regions/
+ Create and maintain M365 governance standards, policies, & guidelines for the collaboration platform so that they are in line with best practices and respective service owner expectations in Security Operations, Digital Delivery Team, and other key stakeholders.
**Essential requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
+ Proven ability to create SharePoint constructs using classic/modern site design including site content, document libraries, custom lists, web parts, and workflows using Power Apps, and other tools as required by the business.
+ Advanced skills in SharePoint workflows, scripting, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and Microsoft Graph APIs
+ 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Entra AD environment, Purview administration,, and general M365 administration
+ Excellent English speaking and documentation skills
+ Must be willing to work outside of local business hours occasionally to meet with Business stakeholders, attend team meetings, and respond to emergencies.
**Desired skills**
+ Experience with AvePoint Backup for M365 and Control Suite Governance Suite or similar governance tools.
+ Good understanding of data protection methods including Insider Risk Management, DLP Policies, and zero trust architecture.

1. SharePoint (On-Prem and Online) Administration
- Oversee configuration and lifecycle management of SharePoint communication, team, and hub sites.

- Ensure configuration-only management;

Job description :
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications products including Unified Communications Manager, Unity and Unity Connection, Presence, Contact Center Express, Cisco Webex and Cisco Webex Contact Center.
- Install and configure voice gateways as part of the Collaboration solutions
- Install and configure LAN switches and networking components
- Establish QOS policies
- Install and configure SIP border solutions (CUBE and other SBC’s)
- Strong understanding of security and privacy controls for voice systems and the ability to design and configure according to the current standards.
- Troubleshoot integrated technology issues and maintain an accurate issues list.
- Provide systems administration training to clients
- Learn to understand the customer environment (technical and political) and when to escalate.
- Work with Account Managers to identify new opportunities (cross selling and up selling while on projects)
- Participate in the modification and continual improvement of the both the professional services project documentation and the project implementation processes
- Assist support technicians in troubleshooting client installation
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge, skills and abilities through various learning channels to expand technical and non-technical capabilities. Ensure further expansion of skill-set in the products & services that Black Box supports.
- Actively and consistently recommend and support all efforts to improve, simplify, automate and enhance day to day service delivery operations and the client experience.
- Foster and contribute toward collaborative working relationships within NACS operations and across all levels and departments of the organization to execute service desk functions and company priorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education / Experience Requirements
- CCNP Voice/Collaboration or equivalent experience. (CCIE Voice/Collaboration strongly preferred)
- Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work/military experience (5+ years).
- This position requires Senior level experience with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting in the following applications: Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco IM and Presence (Jabber), Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), Expressway/Collaboration Edge as well as Cisco Cloud Collaboration portfolio.
- Experience designing collaboration solutions given client requirements and goals
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP and ability to install and troubleshoot LANs and WANs
- Strong understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies
- Automation, orchestration and/or development experience a plus
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects
- Excellent communications and documentation skills
