To strengthen our Analytics & Operations team, we are looking for a meticulous and self-motivated Senior Project Executive to join our remote team based in India.
This role will support research delivery across the following key areas:
Key Responsibilities- Assist in questionnaire setup - including reviewing question logic, link testing and checking translations (if required) to ensure smooth survey functionality and correct routing.
- Liaise with scripting vendors, providing instructions and resolving issues during programming and testing.
- Maintain version control and documentation of questionnaire changes and approvals.
- Monitor fieldwork progress, oversee sampling quotas to ensure representativeness and fieldwork accuracy, and flag issues early.
- Track timelines and milestones across different stages of the project lifecycle (e.g. scripting, soft launch, fieldwork, reporting) and provide fieldwork updates for internal stakeholders and clients as and when needed.
- Conduct quality checks on open-ended responses, logic flows, and respondent engagement and authenticity.
- Verify vendor deliverables (e.g. raw data files) and conduct first-level data validations and cleaning (e.g. removing duplicates, identifying missing data).
- Prepare tally sheets and assist in checking survey data and cross-tabulations.
- Code open-ended responses into meaningful categories for analysis.
- Support in charting, formatting and visualization of reports.
- Assist in reporting and data reconciliation across waves for reoccurring and tracking studies.
- Document and update project trackers (including using checklists) to ensure diligent project management, organization, consistency and compliance.
