**Job Summary**
Responsible for Trade and ICO Internal Project Management activities as per RACI chart working with relevant world area / PM teams for Pressure Management, Chennai. Coordinate with the world area PM (customer-facing) for smooth transition of project requirements from the order receiving to our internal teams. Follow up the project schedule with internal teams to ensure that the project milestones are met. Work with PM's, Internal stake holders, to ensure valves are scheduled and cleared for inspections and are shipped on time. Ensure that the sales target set for the year is met though coordination with both external and internal parties.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
IPM:
+ Plan and attend internal project kick-off meetings and provide clarity to team on customer Review incoming orders (commercial and technical) and ensure to establish activities as per RACI chart.
+ Follow the Emerson project management process for the assigned projects including but not limited to facilitating review of project specs during quote stage and preparing a margin uplift plan.
+ Review of the Project Specification, align with Sales Team on Deviation and Clarification list.
+ Conduct Contract Review Meeting to ensure that project requirements were understood by all Stakeholders.
+ Ensure timely submission of project documents for customer review and approval. Systematic tracking of approval status and working with internal team to ensure revisions are made on time and approvals are received well ahead of Project Schedule.
+ Provide periodic project status reports to Customer and close execution concerns if any
+ Work with Operations team to identify execution challenges and advancing issues to management for a speedy resolution
+ Ensure timely delivery of projects. Work with Customer for delivery extension if there are execution challenges to reduce or eliminate LD impact
+ Facilitate timely processing of change orders and work with Customers to get price and delivery impact where applicable
+ Ensure timely shipment of projects which have cleared Customer inspection to meet the monthly shipment plan
+ Participate in Interco PM Status Review Meetings and present status of projects including challenges
Order Detailing Responsibility:
+ Responsible for creating BOM for the assembly in Oracle.
+ Co-ordinate with Engineering team for new part number for specials to complete the BOM within the Turn-Around-Time to meet the customer requests referring to Engineering Standards, Datasheets, Tools etc.,
+ Re-use the part codes in Inventory to reduce the lead time of the assembly to customer as well as reduce the un-allocated inventory.
+ Support factory on product related query during the manufacturing / assembly.
+ Always adhere Emerson Ethics and Values.

Job Description

The Manager, Program Management - GBS Integrated Planning & Resourcing Support role is responsible for supporting cross-functional alignment across multiple GBS initiatives by maintaining the Integrated Workplan, facilitating planning workshops, and assisting with resource forecasting.
