• Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements
• Supervise the installation of electrical systems and associated equipment
• Assist in the preparation of estimates / quotations as required
• Responsibility for allocated work orders from receipt to completion
• Provide progress reports on allocated work orders

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Senior Supervisor - CS you will have the opportunity to:
•Ensure timely delivery of correct product to his/her customers, manage back-order situations, and propose alternative solutions where possible.
•Monitor the price and contract management process by keeping the overview of the prices active for his/her customers and ensure that they are correctly registered into the system.
•Manage all issues related to pricing errors in liaison with the Credit & Control department and the sales team, follow up for outstanding customer orders and proactively provide customers as well as sales team with an updated reports like open order status, shipments and backorders as required.
•Ensure effective Order Management in ERP system.
•Identify problems and report them to Team lead and deliver assigned KPIs, identify failures’ root cause; implement corrective action with Team Lead.

·Demonstrated knowledge/ experience in Order Management, Handling Customer issue, Stakeholder management and knowledge of ERP.
·Proven record of handling customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely order processing and creating error proof reports for sales team.
·Know-how to book orders, handling complaints, preparing various reports, and handling ERP.
·Knowledge of Oracle ERP a plus
·Languages in English, Hindi, and local language (Fluency)
