+ Provision users (assign voice licenses, phone numbers).
+ Configure call queues, auto attendants, hunt groups, voicemail, call forwarding, and delegation.
+ Implement PSTN connectivity: Microsoft Calling Plans, Direct Routing (SBC), Operator Connect.
+ Design large-scale voice solutions and deploy/manage Session Border Controllers (SBC).
+ Troubleshoot SIP protocol and hybrid voice scenarios (Skype for Business migrations, on-prem telephony integration).
+ Plan and monitor network for voice/video traffic (QoS).
+ Integrate Teams with contact centers and third-party voice apps.
+ Ensure security and compliance for voice (call recording, encryption, regulatory compliance).
+ Use PowerShell for bulk provisioning and advanced policy configuration.
+ Integrate Teams-certified devices (desk phones, conference systems).
+ Microsoft Teams (collaboration + calling), Teams Phone System (cloud PBX), Microsoft 365 E5/Teams Phone licenses.
+ PSTN connectivity via Microsoft Calling Plan, Operator Connect, Direct Routing (enterprise SBC).
+ Infrastructure: SBC vendors (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Cisco, Oracle), network optimization (ExpressRoute, QoS, SD-WAN).
+ Monitoring: Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard, Teams Admin Center, PowerBI, third-party tools (IR Prognosis, Martello).
